Pros

Hybrid work model Opportunity to work on a variety of accounts

Cons

Low collaboration Low opportunities Overworked & underpaid Bad management & leadership Lack of communication between management leads to an increased workload Low employee morale Only give provincially required amount of sick days & vacation. Will say you get a week off between Christmas and new years because the office is “closed” but work is still assigned.

Beacon is growing and there's a lot of growing pains that go along with that. too many jobs, not enough people.

Pros

Maybe a Potential Growth and some collogues became friends to keep your sanity.

Cons

Poor management, no support, internal operational and finance department needs a lot of improvement. They do not have any problems letting people go without a valid reason. Very unethical. They are loosing a lot of good people not just hard working people because of their favoritism with their personal relationship with the staff.
