They are not a huge company.

Full time can be 32 to 40 hours. Your hours are not set, one week you could have 40 and the following week 32.

You get a lot of hands on experience. The entry level workers are all very kind and some management are great at what they do. You get to pretty much leave at 5 most of the time.

You can definitely be put into the bucket of favorite vs non favorite. Horrible raises and reviews for certain departments. There is a lot of triple checking of some stuff that is a waste of time and $$. Some departments are really short-handed when it comes to the amount of people working in it. A department of 10 should really be like a department of 20.
