You get to do something truly meaningful and impactful with your work life. I feel a lot of pride seeing our vehicles in cities across Australia and people riding around with smiles on their faces. It's something rare.
Cons
It's a proper startup. You will take on responsibility and be pushed. It's not a place you want to be if you like feeling super comfortable a lot of the time or prefer the safety of working deep inside a big team.
