During certain times there is overtime, especially since the Company is expanding and the nature of development and delivery cycles. These hours are given back to the employee. The Company is just over 5 years old and has been relatively flat in structure till recently however there are new Supervisory/Managerial roles opened and now being populated through promotion. Something we actively pursue as a value - promote from within.
