Barista at decathlon - Cashier/Barista Bear Market Coffee Employee Review

Starting wage is minimum wage and advertised job is to be a barista. Of course like all jobs you'll have to clean and restock, but I've been working as a team leader placing orders and showing around new staff not even a week in. Having ten years experience and barista knowledge shouldn't be paid minimum wage to begin with, so the fact that on my fourth day I was showing arround two new girls because the manager quit after the second day says a lot. Decathlon and security staff act very entitled and will be condescending to you.
