Your co-workers make going to work everyday better than the last. Thats it.

Your superiors treat you as if you are in Highschool. They are watching your every move, there is no room for your personality to shine. They prefer robots. The pay sucks, they do not care about their employees whatsoever, nor do they appreciate your work ethic. Raises do not exist here, and do not even think that you can gain overtime. If the superiors are having a bad day, expect to have one as well. You will be verbally abused.
