No direction so when you do what you think is right, it's not. Zero training. The managers and others who have dual roles, see accounts. Double dipping anyone...But when you stumble upon those accounts, they haven't seen their rep (the manager) in months so you try to service the account. But they won't put the account in your name. It's ridiculous. If you don't play their shady game of front loading salons with tons of product for "free" then they let you go and your salons are stuck with $100's-$1000's of dollars of product they don't need or want.
