The company is growing and expanding constantly so there's always change happening and that makes it exciting. I've worked here for many years and the positive is that there are great people with many years that work hard to push the company forward. The company is family owned, so there a strong foundation within the company and they constantly invest back into the business.
Cons
The pace is intense so there's a lot of stress that comes with that. The company is a manufacturing company, so there's always something going wrong and a lot of demands from the customers that need to be met. If you're not into hustle or struggle with change, this is not the place for you.
