Door knocking in neighborhoods I don’t like

The salesman are great they work with you they are helpful to the best of there ability co worker/Customer wise.

The owner is very unprofessional. Very condescending and how speaks to you can be very disrespectful. Everything is always everyone else’s fault. It does take forever for these homeowners to get their roof because of how the money is handled within the company. If you get hired for one thing expect to do several different jobs. If you are desperate and need a job to get on your feet then do it. If you can wait I would not go in this direction. The environment is bad expect for the management to throw you under the bus. And you won’t get paid what your worth.
