Owner is greedy tells one one thing then tells someone else the opposite. There’s no communication. Owner is always panicking over something. We literally didn’t have internet and forget about overtime pay after working overtime. Rumors and the roofing takes for ever. Owner hires non roofers no experience has them laying and tearing roofs.. no professionalism at all.
