Pros
Opportunity to get promoted within, varies really in different departments what you choose to do. Good office staff with a good feel amongst most of them. HR are really caring and listen to anything you may need. Don't really speak to all the directors but Dave and Julia are great stuff, always answer the phone. All the managers I have had have always been pleasant, always there when needed. Joined around 2 years ago, and can not argue really. Great company to work for.
Cons
There's not really much to say really. I'm not someone who is really a company man and have many faults. From what job I came from, all I can say is there doing things the right way.
