Pros

Competitive pay, professional team, well-staffed, reasonable closing times

Cons

Micromanagement at some levels, contradictory rules, loyalty valued over everything else, getting holidays approved often feels like a battle

Pros

The staff are nice. Beautiful estate.

Cons

The HR doesn't care about you at all. They will charge your uniform fee without your consent when you leave. Is you don't follow the notice period in your contract they will not give your deposit for the terrible staff accommodation. Also they literally don't remember what they said to their staffs, Even though I followed the instructions when leaving the staff accommodation, they still managed to blame me for losing the key. Even when they contacted me weeks after I moved out. Staff accommodation is a joke. Managed poorly, Worst than a student Uni, people party there and the HR or the property management won't do anything to fix it. To travel is impossible unless you are a trained cyclist. There used to be a staff accommodation in the estate but they are greedy and got rid of it made it to the Village, and the staff accommodation moved to Epsom and the staff bus got canceled since, well more profit to the rich. It is such a shame when there is so much possibility for casual workers.
