      Pros

      I’m going through some stuff with the court system & my boss is Absolutley amazing about to. I have to go take drug tests 4xs a month, leave early once a week for Counsling & have had 2 take 2 weeks off at once 2 separate times. He is supportive no questions asked.

      Cons

      Low pay, no benifits or company paid PPE, no 401k, profit sharing, bounses, raises r rare.

      Pros

      Pay is great, and if you have a reasonable personality then your coworkers are easy to get along with. However, you get what you bring to the house, so be mindful and patient in getting to know this buch. 👌

      Cons

      I'm not surethere are many perks. I do know about the reference of a friend or family member part. It's like a extra amount of money. Plus you're at home everyday.
