      Pros

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Long hours, low pay, hourly employees allowed to work outside direction of management by corporate, VERY predatory corporate office. They will have you working sick or short so they can take a week off to play "world of war tanks". Corporate officers taking 2-3 weeks off a piece from november-december. Ownership offices (thats right, 2 ownership offices, lol?)need to get back in touch with whats going in in the restaurants.

      Pros

      Non toxic work environment focused on job satisfaction over profits. Employs dozens of team members who have been with the company for decades.

      Cons

      Can be challenging to manage team members who have worked there 30+ years longer than you.

      Work was not terribly difficult Coworkers are very kind Management was extremely understanding with any issues Good tips

      Cons

      Very strict on workplace rules (not a lot of rules though) Customers tended to vary between very sweet and extremely rude
