1) Its a bectochem loedige.... The name to fool customers and the employees by saying german joint venture. 2) No management process or manufacturing process in place. 3) Employees are like slaves especially new joinees. 4) People on the top are scolding the down level people like anything even though they are not at fault. 5) changing job responsibilities too frequently.
