If you're considering working here just know that all the negative reviews are true. The positive reviews no longer apply as anyone that wrote those reviews no longer work at Bedroc or were coached by HR to help improve ratings. The reviews that mention a great engineering team are no longer true as the engineering team is nonexistent once they changed to a staffing firm. There is a yearly cycle where Bedroc hires one senior-executive level person to change how they do business. No one in the company believes the messaging as they understand that after 8-12 months, this idea will lose steam and the senior-executive person will leave or be let go because results are not given. Results aren't possible because the "strategy" is a half thought out marketing spin that provides little to no value along with no execution plans. This causes an extremely high turnover rate (100%+ per year) either from people leaving or being let go. You will not receive a raise. You will not be provided tools to succeed. Your recommendations will not be implemented. You will be looking for a new job in 6-12 months.
