Great work culture, poor pay - Account Manager Bee-Clean Building Maintenance Employee Review

not a good job if you need more than 400 a week

There are none. Not a good place to work.

They pay you poorly they don't care about your well being. They let the contracts treat you like crap there is no proper direction given when you start. The amount of tasks given take longer than an hour but they only pay you for an hour and if you take longer thats on you. I was so stressed out I miscarried a couple different times and not one flying fox was given about me or my health. The pay isn't worth it the places they send you too treat you like trash. I worked with them for a little over a year and I never saw any benefits or bonuses they let the companies you're cleaning blame you for things that aren't your fault. This is the worst cleaning job I ever had.
