I've enjoyed every single student I've worked with and every single opportunity I've received through this company.

The disconnect - I had no awareness of the company's size or who else worked there.

There's very little micro management.

Management is located out of the country/ out of state, and cares only about the bottom line, despite pretending otherwise. Communication feels like it's "written" by chat GPT. Tutors / teachers are inexperienced and unsupported, and transparency is virtually non existent.
