I got to keep all of my tips, the training is extensive, there is a good corporate background for whisteblowing and HR.

Favouritism for full-timers, corporate wants to save as much money as possible so there is alot of pressure to cut shifts/hours, and big pressure on management to up sales, which ends up with more pressure on all staff.
