Pros

This is an excellent company for anyone looking to strengthen their digital advocacy and project management skills. I came in with years of comms and marketing experience and still learned so many things that I’ve been able to employ in my next job. There are lots of opportunities for professional growth here. If you find a conference you want to attend or skill you want to improve on, management will make it happen. Senior management takes time to see what you want to get out of this job and pull you into projects, events, etc that helps craft your experience. They also promote from within pretty regularly and incentivize good work. If you’re someone who needs a ton of supervision this probably isn’t for you. Leadership will not be breathing down your neck to get tasks done. Everyone here - from assistants to directors - is treated like a essential member of the team and you’ll have the autonomy to bring new ideas to the table and determine the success of your accounts.

Cons

The only con from my time there would be that I wished there were more opportunities to work remotely but I believe they have addressed that since the pandemic.

Pros

-Everyone is super friendly -Benefits and salary are fair -Has opportunity for growth -Diversity/minority representation was A+

Cons

-Training is a mess, it feels as though no one has time to explain to your role functions with clients. Very throwing you in the deep end on your first day. -There are many groups and sub groups that it’s confused to keep everything straight and who is the right person to ask questions to. -Actual role was different from job listing, hidden job duties made for a more stressful onboarding. -Was stretched to do the job of two people from two different departments. When bringing this up they didn’t seem to see how this was stressful upon being the first week of starting. -Person who was supposed to be there for me just didn’t seem to have the time.
