WFH, No toxic culture. They won't interfere with your work

No support from leaders, low tech support, increase to hard

Paid mandatory gov't benefits, but that's it. No other benefits! During Christmas, the bonus was merchandises from Beepo! Not even a ham or Christmas basket

There's no really are for growth. And appraisals are yearly. I had to beg for an increase during my third year with the company!
