      Pros

      Well-established, reputable local company in the Westport area. Fun place to work. Good money even during the slower winter season. Flexible schedule. Teammates were almost always willing to cover for you or swap shifts when you needed the day off.

      Cons

      Owner was seldomly present. He didn't know his employees except for upper management staff.
