Pros

This company has the worst work culture. The management treats employees like children, with no proper processes or software in place, making the work environment inefficient and frustrating. Employees must log in by 9:10 AM, with salary deductions for even minor delays, and are forced to stay until 10 PM. On top of that, the management enforces unfair bonds, withholds employees' certificates, and continues manipulative practices even after the 1.5-year bond period.

Pros

Very poor management with a cheap and controlling mindset.I strongly advise against joining this company. The CEO is the only one in charge, and all employees are expected to satisfy his ego. If you don’t, he’ll start taking actions that can impact your job.

Cons

He has no understanding of software development but acts like he’s an expert. Additionally, the work culture is Worst, Every morning you must say 'Good morning,' and at the end of the day, you must say 'Good evening,' or they’ll cut your salary. It's worst environment with no room for genuine professional growth.
