Pros
There is nothing good I can say about the company.
Cons
1. There is no good leadership, the managers are only happy if you work after working hours. There is no possibility of making mistakes or giving an opinion different from your boss's, since it will not be taken into account . (2) There are no opportunities for development. 3. There are no good employee benefits (there is no coffee in the office, no computers for all the employees , they force you to go to the office and many people don't even have space to sit down. 4. They don't care about creating a good working environment in the office. 5. They offer commissions and then don't want to pay them. 6. They make you work overtime without paying you. 7. Low wages 8. They assign you work that doesn't suit you because they don't hire enough staff and use the working students for doing the extra work. 9.They overload you with work and they don´t pay the extra hours.
