Pros

amazing artists, very flexible, mostly accommodating to fit the needs of the employee, really cool office space, best warehouse team! Really amazing Health care plan

Cons

Upper management is a mess. Self-involved with their own agenda, can't put distance between personal and business, Does not value employees or their opinions, low wages compared to the industry.

Pros

- Truly some of the most talented young people work here, and they deserve their damn flowers already! - Cool artists, good music, free shows

Cons

- Arrogant and incompetent upper management in several departments across the board. It's largely an old boys club that protects egotistic men who do not care about their employees’ growth at the company. So many selfish "leaders" that are only looking out for themselves, hiding behind their smart and talented lower-level employees to conceal the fact that they're actually lazy, inept, and out of touch. - Low pay. Do not expect to get a raise unless you're willing to pull teeth. And even then it'll only happen maybe 20% of the time, with only a marginal difference. There are instances of employees being at the company for 10+ years and barely making $85k despite their promoted titles. - Little to no job growth (as reflected by salaries). Once again, it’s an old boys club full of "leaders" who only care about themselves! They hold all the power and simply want to keep it that way—there’s no room at the top unless you’re willing to 1) make a dismal amount of money and 2) never question higher-ups to do better. Granted not everyone near the top is terrible at their job, but so many seem to let mediocrity and incompetence slide. - When expressing concerns to HR, expect to either 1) get gaslit and have your situation be undermined and minimized, and/or 2) be told to just look for a job elsewhere! HR basically serves to protect the old boys club and does next to nothing to change things for the better. Despite several department heads being rude and frankly bad at their jobs, they are practically untouchable. Protecting the ego of higher-ups seems to be the #1 priority across the board, more-so even than prioritizing artist relationships and campaign success. Not to mention, there have been at LEAST five instances of employees crying at the office.
