Pros
The health insurance is 100% paid for by employer. Literally the only pro
Cons
Where to start? Every single aspect of your job is micromanaged - time of arrival (do NOT be even 1 minute late), teams/emails are monitored, cameras are watched to make sure staff aren’t talking too long. Staff were discouraged from socializing unless both on break. Their turn over rate is so alarming, most people were constantly worried if they would be fired next. Leadership does not take accountability, in fact, they’ll find someone else or another reason why something went wrong instead of taking responsibility. I know of multiple staff members who have sought therapy due to their mental health completely deteriorating after beginning the job - along with that, I know multiple staff members that went back to their regular state of health after leaving the company. The stress staff endures is not worth having your health insurance paid for or having a food truck rented out every couple months, especially when there is evidence of stress causing harm to mental and physical health. If you enjoy being able to sleep and eat well, this place might not be for you as I know multiple staff members who have struggled with both things since starting. It is not a rare occasion to see a coworker crying because they are so overwhelmed. OH, and don’t expect to be trained in! But do expect to be made to feel like an idiot for not understanding everything right away regardless of the fact you hardly received any training.
