Not full-time work always. Scheduling is very difficult. I also had a very bad manager at the time and she had told me something was ok when I made an error and then I got a call into the office and she proceeded to lie about what she told me as I was written up in front of HR. My advice to managers, is to be completely honest and up front with their employees so they do not feel blind sided or attacked.
