      if you are new to the field, this is the company for you! Behavior frontiers has an amazing training that allows anyone to feel prepared to be out in the field alone providing therapy. All the supervisors are amazing and truly care about you and are always there for support. This company is also VERY flexible with hours and care about your well being.

      Cons

      Takes a while to become full time and to get indirect hours for BCBA supervision

      Travel time between clients. Lots of driving.

      The parties were fun and food was good.

      You got to love when you leave a company and find out they took back ALL the contributions and match they give you for your 401k! Shysters.
