Pros
Great and awesome people to work with. All the case managers, BCBA, schedulers, IT staffs, so basically everyone are a great people to work with. I actually learned a lot from my bosses and no matter how frustrated you are, they guide you and push through work together.
Cons
Schedule is not up to date sometimes. Got schedules without being told couple times. I need to check my schedule every morning to make sure I'm working or not.
