Rewarding job in Child Development/ Child Psychology field - Senior Behavior Technician Behavior Frontiers Employee Review

I've worked with Behavior Frontiers for almost 2 years, and I am currently a Senior Behavior Tech with them. The company is a great place to start for those interested in Child Development/ Child Psychology. A lot of training took place in the field before starting to ease the nerves. All the case managers, BCBAs, and directors here are very approachable and supportive. I learned and grew so much during my time working with the kiddos and families.
