RBT position - Senior RBT Behavior Frontiers Employee Review

Hello and thank you for providing us with feedback. Some factors that may impact a behavior technician’s (BT) timeline to become full-time include: the availability the BT provides, obtaining BCAT certification for cases that require it, completing training, the BT’s availability to provide services in both the home and center, and the client’s availability matching the BT’s availability. Therefore, BT’s who have the most flexibility in these areas will have an expedited timeline to become full time.
