Pros

I really loved working with my clients through BDC. Scheduling and admin team are really on top of things. This company really tries their best to make staff and clients happy. Good training and support from supervisors.

Cons

Drive time in LA is rough, but it's part of the field.

Pros

They provide training. They pay for the online RBT training in order to get certified. They pay mileage and drive time. They pay for client cancellations that are done up to 2 hours before session start time.

Cons

Scheduling department needs work. Sometimes the Behavior Specialists miss out on hours because of this.

Pros

The hours are flexible, but other than that there isn’t many to list.

Cons

Ever since they got absorbed by Center for Social Dynamics, the quality of the company has gone down. They used to be smaller and the quality of care with their clients was organized and efficient. Scheduling is a mess , the scheduler is passive aggressive and does not want to help you. Lots of employees have left for many individual reasons.
