Thier innovative integrated healthcare solutions give team members the ability to personally affect change in the lives of people in the community. It feels great to facilitate positive outcomes. Great benefits. The team really cares about one another.

Cons

There is a bit of the "we've always done it this way" attitude in the organization and that stifles progress at times.

The people are what make this organization outstanding. Awesome team/ family atmosphere. The company is growing in a new direction and as of now we are in the midst of exciting times here.

Cons

I am not a fan of the dress code. Ties are mandatory except for the company polo shirt.

Great 401k and other benefits. Innovative company. Has a Great Place to Work Committee that engages employees and hosts events. Company sponsored events such as picnics, holiday parties, etc.

Cons

No flexibility in work schedule as hours of operation is M-F, 8:30 - 5pm; pay is below average compared to other healthcare organizations; direct line staff not as valued in company as senior management as same rules do not apply to all; poor morale due to management decisions and actions that affected the entire company
