Pros
- Great as an entry level position into the ABA field for an RBT
- No experience needed and they pay for your RBT certification fee
- Great staff and kids!
- Holidays are paid off for both PT and FT
- Overall rewarding job
Cons
- Overworked and understaffed at times, sometimes staff have to double up with kids as a result
- Not enough training for kids that are aggressive (QBS doesn’t really do much)
- Only way to move up in clinic as a BT is to apply as a BT II or III
-Raises are pretty much non existent. Only $1 extra for RBT certification/or higher education level
- Head of scheduling department is the most rude, unpleasant, and condescending person. Makes you feel like a bother when you bring up concerns, you come out feeling worse after meeting with him.
- CLINIC IS DIRTY!!! Company pays for a “cleaning crew” to vacuum and clean toilets and that’s it! Deep cleans are RARELY done because there is no proper cleaning crew. They just have floater BT’s “clean” most of the time because they don’t care to pay for a company to do so.
- Clinic space itself needs a lot of work, small and cramped, not enough resources given.
