BelRed Energy Solutions provides an apprenticeship program in both the HVAC segment of our business as well as our Plumbing segment. Employees are provided training opportunities in formal classes (in state and out of state), as well as online progressive training. Our experienced senior certified technicians provide a mentoring and oversite supervision of all skill learning. We have high expectations for our employees in providing exceptional customer service as well as quality workmanship. Not all employees succeed in this program due to the rigorous expectations. Those that do succeed in completing our formal and documented training programs, along with the State of Washington’s Department of Labor & Industries Continuing Education Units (CEUs) that we require technicians to complete; result in highly trained technicians that we are proud to have represent our company.
