I love working here! The hours are great, the pay is great, and the benefits are great. They really work with your schedule and care about you as a person. I have never worked at a company where the CEO actually came and sat down just to see how things are going. All the managers really take the time to be there for you. They have supported me every way possible. I work on a great team who is really funny and friendly. I really enjoy working with my teammates. My daughter had a health scare and BelRed was so kind and supportive and I really appreciated it. Most companies your just a number here at BelRed your a person. Best work place I have ever had.

Sometimes they remember to celebrate your birthday?

This company truly sucked the joy out of my life. My manager (who no longer works there) constantly pulled me into her office to tell me that she could do a better job at my job... I asked for training and always offered to stay late or come in early when help was needed, but I was never appreciated for the work or effort I put into my job. I worked very closely with the service team and some of them have come to the HVAC company I work for now. This job caused me to come home crying most days of the week. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone. If you are new to HVAC, please be warned!! This industry is awesome... this is just not the company to work for. Other companies in the industry (in this area) call what BelRed stands for "the BelRed effect." Essentially, if you are a person who enjoys selling overpriced, poorly worked garbage, (while being yelled at to do better) this is the place for you! Otherwise, if you are a decent human AT ALL, please apply elsewhere. You will be both compensated, and treated better all around.
