      Definitely you'll need good contacts/connections to show your work, otherwise it would take a lot of effort to improve your carrier path

      Pros

      Nice work environment regarding to peers.

      Cons

      Way too much team reduction that overloads the rest of the teams. They also cut a lot of budget on IT tools and platforms and ask for the same goals to the IT teams. Wouldn't not recommend joining any IT role but the rest are fine.
