      Good as first job. They give you a lot of responsibility so you learn a lot

      Cons

      You have to give your entire life to the company. There is a lot of “politics” to scale up. If you don’t say yes to every single thing they ask you to do you are perceived as a low talent

      Pros

      Nice work environment regarding to peers.

      Cons

      Way too much team reduction that overloads the rest of the teams. They also cut a lot of budget on IT tools and platforms and ask for the same goals to the IT teams. Wouldn't not recommend joining any IT role but the rest are fine.
