      great team overall company values benefits - vacation time, holidays salary competitive

      small team lot of responsibility for one person in every level no consistency with the style of Lima home office

      Pros

      Nice work environment regarding to peers.

      Cons

      Way too much team reduction that overloads the rest of the teams. They also cut a lot of budget on IT tools and platforms and ask for the same goals to the IT teams. Wouldn't not recommend joining any IT role but the rest are fine.
