- No formal training other than the basics during on boarding
- Due to no ideal training in new roles other than on the job training, you could feel a lot of the time if you are drinking from a fire hose
- There is a ton of ambiguity in most roles except for maybe entry level, which does not fit everyone’s culture
- There is not much hand holding / guidance so you need to adapt quickly or the stress will get you
- You won’t always get immediately rewarded / recognized (only during merit if high performer) when you put in the time and hours to do good work so you need to be internally driven
