Cons
No growth, no bonuses, contracting staff so you have to do more without systems that work. The blind leading the blind with lack of knowledge. Morally inept. Higher ups can yell at you and can make you do some really stupid stuff, like everyday call every sales person to find out what will close and this happens everyday and how can they ship early to make the numbers for the month. Very hard to get a decent raise and 10% cap is put on most even with a promotion. Significant cutbacks in process and expected to continue.
