      Pros

      Owners are great. Worked with a terrific group of ladies in multiple office locations. I would say compensation is fair and competitive for this industry. Full health and other benefits. I was sad to leave when my husband got transferred

      Long days sometimes- probably not a good fit for a single mom

      Pharmaceutical grade products from vendors, free botox when they feel like it.

      Cons

      Every single thing, seriously run from this company! I have never worked under this kind of stress and pressure. You have to try and keep composure when there is no direction or communication. It causes serious complications. Huge turnover rate, Nothing is sacred, and if the dr choses he can make you sign a contract, which then he basically owns you. Since the staff is dropping and quiting like flies, it makes it even harder.
