Most of the 30 or so employees have been there for over 4 years which is a reflection of the accountable, learning, and family-like environment. The company is always looking to improve, specifically building new infrastructure to serve advertiser needs and acquiring competitive properties To expand reach and scale. The commission plan Is straight forward, and geared towards rewarding hard work w/ attainable goals, bonuses for both personal and team goals, and paid on monthly billings - not collections.
