My first complaint is this new point system for tardies and callouts. It is completely unrealistic. People are coming into work sick and getting speeding tickets because they are worried about getting fired. It seems to me as if the company is trying to get rid of commissioned and full time employees to save money. My second complaint is the hours. I know I should be gracious that I have a job, but I signed up for a FULL time job, I expect 40 hours, not 30. It is extremely hard to make ends meet on 30 hours. On average, people in center core get 30 to 35 hours a week. That is unless you are in gift with purchase, then you have to hound HR to give you 40. The work to compensation ratio is way out of wack.
