20% off discount Great co-workers in the Cosmetics department Other than those few bonuses there aren't really anymore pros I can list, other than the extra 20% plus additional 20% discount days once or twice a year.
Cons
Awful treatment of employees, never come across such a level of unprofessionalism or sneaky underhanded tactics, over all an incredibly embarrassing experience. Valuing credit card applications for Belk reward cards far above sales and customer service, if you didn't meet your goal you were made to stand at the front of the store and beg everyone who passed by to sign up! When customers came for an event for my cosmetics line we didn't have running water in our spa room and had to use a crock-pot!!!! If that wasn't embarrassing enough the sink in the spa room wasn't even working to pour the water down it!! I could go on forever about the sneaky things the management did there... including spreading rumors and rude comments about my fellow co-workers sexual orientation in addition to what I can only describe as evil vindictive behavior.
