Big space. Lots of areas of interests to expand. Benefits and Stock incentive plan are great.
Cons
Executive management is fluid and messages rarely last. Salary raises are slow, even when promoted. Some silos have less than ethical politics and are driven by self-interest rather than delivery for the overall business.
