I had the experience of working at this company, and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. The overall structure seemed to be grossly mismanaged and disorganized. The hierarchical structure fostered a culture where managers and regional managers played favorites, often promoting individuals based on personal connections rather than merit. This created an environment where friendships mattered more than competence. Not to mention the sheer negligence and misconduct of a certain regional manager.
One significant issue I encountered was the lack of effectiveness in the HR department. Seeking help or voicing concerns was met with little resolution, and there were instances where approaching HR led to negative consequences, including termination.
Surprisingly, the cultural challenges persist despite the apparent oversight of the VPs. It leaves one questioning how such practices are allowed to persist within the organization. Overall, my time at this company was marked by a disheartening work culture and management approach that seemed counterproductive to fostering a healthy and productive work environment.
