Management don't know what they are doing, they pile so much work on the young people that work there for very little pay. They treat the staff like rubbish, getting even their under 18's to do 8-9 hour shifts sometimes without a break. Certain staff members are expected to do a million jobs at once while others can stand around doing nothing! Hours are changed last minute, sometimes you don't even find out your actual shift hours until you arrive!
