Cons
The teams are small, which means that everyone is involved in the growth of both the company and our personal development. Sometimes it means doing tasks outside of the job description. But I love it because it's very rewarding. You know that the impact was made thanks to your hard work. Also, while I personally find the fast-paced agency environment to be exciting, it's not for everyone. Some people may find it challenging to keep up with the pace and adapt to the work style.
