Pros
N/A and I'm being honest.
Cons
The owners are micromanagers who can only think about themselves. After being insulted by the wife during the interview stage, that should have been a red flag enough to withdraw from candidacy, however, I was looking for a new change of pace from my former employer and set aside any personal feelings to see what they had to offer, a mistake never to be made again. The owners will talk a big game only to underdeliver on compensation, load as many job duties as they can think (you find that out after you get the real job description once you're a contractor, not an employee even though they'll lie and say that you're regular full-time), and underdeliver on culture. Their approach towards situations is largely pessimistic than optimistic which creates a toxic culture. Perfect example, the moment you start working for them, you're on a 60-day probationary period...WHAT? That's literally what it's called. Their expectations aren't grounded by reality because if so, they'd realize that people can leave of their own free will at any time and find more rewarding opportunities fast. With that said, it is an uphill battle for them to find stateside talent and go overseas. Pass on this place with confidence.
